Online Account : For you – this allows you to keep a record of your purchase history, your likes and and a general amount of information that’s specific to you.
For us: This helps to keep you on our record so you don’t have to fill in your details over again. This information is also used to help us send you news, updates, promotions and any further information that will help you enjoy the Amanda May shopping experience.

Orders : By purchasing an item you have agreed to the way the purchase process will work. Please read the details carefully to ensure that you are happy, satisfied and understand what to expect. The total price reflected will include VAT and delivery charges where applicable.

Delivery : Please note that the delivery period must allow 7 working days from the day the item was purchased. This applies to areas within South Africa and please bear in mind additional time if the area is outside main centers. This will be advised upon the confirmation and receipt of your order on our side. An order over the value R700 or more qualifies for free delivery, any order less than R700 is charged a delivery fee of R80. All rates and timelines apply to areas within main centers. Door-to-post office counter deliveries are sent via Speed Services to the relevant post office based on the delivery address. You will receive an email from sales@amandamay.co.za with the tracking number required in order to collect your parcel. The post office may send you a notification of the arrival of your parcel.
If it is not possible for us to deliver your Order to the physical address specified on submission of your Order, we will notify you as soon as possible and request an alternative physical address for such delivery. If no other address is suitable, your Order will be cancelled and any money due to be refunded to you, will be refunded to you as soon as possible.

Returns and Refunds : If you are unhappy with what you have received please feel free to return your item within 14 days (including non working days) of purchasing it. Your purchased item must be returned in the condition at which it was sent please to ensure your full refund is paid. The purchased item will have to be acknowledged by Amanda May Design and People for the refund to occur. The return, timelines and process will be communicated with you via email from sales@amandamay.co.za and the refund will be transferred directly into your banking account. Please note that there is a R80 charge for return on delivery that is deducted from your purchase amount. If you would prefer to opt for a credit voucher for your next purchase, that is also available to you and will be communicated and sent you on your approval via sales@amandamay.co.za

Promotions : Promotions will have codes that will be required to be added. Please ensure the correct promotional code is inputted on purchase. If you have forgot or did not have these available at the time of purchase please ensure that you email sales@amandamay.co.za to inquire or be considered for the promotion. Each promotion will have a certain window period from start to finish date so please ensure you keep to these and unless a purchase is made within this window period you will qualify for the discount or promotion.

Order at the Studio : Individual or specific orders can be dealt with via info@amandamay.co.za In this case a similar or same process can be expected and the specific details, prices, timelines etc will be confirmed and communicated via info@amandamay.co.za

Returns at the Studio : Returns can be made at the Amanda May studio but must be communicated and arranged via info@amandamay.co.za. Until your request has been acknowledged and accepted with further arrangements made to assist you please await your confirmation on email or text (+27 63 6932721) to respond accordingly.

Track Your Order : Your packaged order will have a waybill number with the necessary contact details for your parcel. This information will be sent prior to the package leaving from the Amanda May studio.

Products : Please note that there is a limited amount of stock and therefore we can’t always commit that stock will be available. Please communicate your requests with us so we can ensure that we can deliver or suggest an alternative for you. The Amanda May merchandise is designed, made locally in South Africa and therefore we at Amanda May Design and People will try our level best to ensure we can deliver on your request within reason and within South Africa. Please bear with us as we cannot be held responsible if the
product(s) you added to your cart have become unavailable when you try to complete the sale.

Stores : The list of stockists shown on the website are merely stores that carry the Amanda May brand and may not necessarily have the full range of merchandise as we do online and may not retail at the same price as the Amanda May online store. Some of the retailers are in fact independent stockists and so promotions, discounts or sale are exclusive to the Amanda May online store.

Fraud : Please note that Amanda May Design and People reserves the right, in the interest of preventing fraud, to refuse the processing of payment for any order and/or to cancel any purchase, partially or completely.
